Uh, what the hell is wrong with the people in charge of Grey's?

Fire Brooke Smith, Erica Hahn? You have got to be kidding me. After "the glasses" scene??

I'm sensing bigotry of some sort--maybe not against lesbian charcaters, they have a few gay characters on ABC--but maybe against strong, atypical-looking characters (or their strong, atypical-looking actors). Grey's has more behind-the-scenes drama than the damn show, shoot.
